Job Description

day-to-day site execution, coordination, and quality control

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure projects are executed as per timelines and approved designs.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams for smooth workflow and execution.
Read and interpret interior design drawings, technical layouts, and modular furniture plans accurately.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues proactively.
Update project managers and designers on site progress, challenges, and material requirements.
Use AutoCAD to understand drawings and make minor on-site revisions when required.
Ensure compliance with safety practices and site discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

14 years of hands-on experience in
residential interior site execution
.
Strong understanding of
modular furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and basic civil works
.
Working knowledge of
AutoCAD
and ability to interpret drawings accurately.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
