Interior Site Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Project management: Manage daily site operations, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Team and contractor coordination: Supervise and instruct site workers and subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, and serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and the construction team.
• Quality and safety: Ensure all work adheres to design specifications and quality standards through regular site visits and quality audits. Enforce site safety rules and regulations and ensure workers use proper safety equipment.
• Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare daily, interim, and final reports for clients and management, and keep a site logbook.
• Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues that arise on-site, and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
• Technical oversight: Read and interpret blueprints, technical requirements, and design plans to ensure the project is built correctly.

Necessary skills and qualifications

• Leadership and communication: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for managing teams and interacting with various stakeholders.
• Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Technical proficiency: A good understanding of technical requirements, construction, and a strong ability to read blueprints are crucial. Experience with software like AutoCAD and MS Office is often required.
• Education and experience: A background in construction management, architecture, or a related field is typical. Several years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design projects, are often necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
