Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and coordination between the design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to interior works.
• Ensure work progress as per design, drawing, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Check measurements, materials, and workmanship for quality assurance.
• Manage and track site resources, materials, and manpower.
• Prepare daily work reports, site progress updates, and material requirements.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with project standards.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Conduct site inspections with clients and handle minor design clarifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in supervising interior or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and measurements.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred).

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
