Job description Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects Location: Ghaziabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–4 Years Industry: Interior Design / Construction / Architecture Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design project sites from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience supervising interior fit-out and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and coordination among teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior design and fit-out projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers. Ensure project work is completed according to drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, track timelines, and report daily/weekly updates to project managers and senior management. Conduct site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards. Handle site measurements, material checks, and inventory management. Resolve any on-site issues or delays in a timely and effective manner. Attend client meetings and ensure client requirements are implemented accurately. Assist in scheduling material deliveries and installation work. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience managing interior projects (residential, commercial, or retail preferred). Strong knowledge of construction/interior fit-out processes, materials, and methods. Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings and technical documents. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project management tools. Flexible to work at multiple project sites as needed. Preferred: Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic drafting tools. Prior experience working with architects, designers, and contractors.
