Role Overview

Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior projects.

✅ Coordinate with project managers, designers, and vendors for material delivery and installation.

✅ Monitor quality, workmanship, and finishing as per drawings and specifications.

✅ Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely progress.

✅ Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

✅ Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.

✅ Resolve site-level issues and escalate major concerns to higher management.

✅ Verify material requirements, track inventory, and ensure optimal utilization.

✅ Maintain proper documentation of daily site activities and work updates.

Requirements

✔️ Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture (preferred).

✔️ 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior projects.

✔️ Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, materials, and interior finishes.

✔️ Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and modular works.

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to handle multiple sites and manage workforce effectively.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and site reporting.
