Interior Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities at project sites. The Site Engineer will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing site operations to ensure that construction work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and coordination skills.

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities including carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Interpret and implement work as per design drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

Prepare and manage daily/weekly work schedules to meet project timelines.

Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.

Ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and proper material usage.

Verify material requirements, monitor deliveries, and maintain site inventory.

Resolve on-site issues, provide technical support, and escalate concerns when needed.

Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), work logs, and project documentation.

Assist in snag list preparation, inspections, and project handover activities.

Support cost control measures and efficient resource allocation.
