We are looking for Telecalling Executive who can work with us for a long term and going forward with next level position in the department based on the performance. Location: ECR, Kovalam Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls for lead generation and follow-ups. Conduct cold calling to prospective clients and explain the company's services. Use persuasive communication techniques to convince potential clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in English. Must have excellent convincing and negotiation skills. Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is an advantage. Organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
