Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily interior works at site as per drawings and BOQ
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Ensure quality, finishing, and timely execution of work
Plan and manage materials at site
Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Manager
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and site discipline
Attend site meetings and support project handover

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (residential / commercial)
Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQ
Experience in coordinating contractors, vendors, and site labor
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and site documentation
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours
Immediate joiners preferred
