Interior Site Engineer

The charter for this role will include :

• Project Management:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the entire facility setup.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment with business needs.

Oversee new office setup and renovation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.

• Space Planning & Design:

Collaborate with architects and designers on floor plans and office layouts.

Allocate office space efficiently and plan for future expansion.

• Vendor & Contractor Management:

Source, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors for furniture installation, setup, and construction.

Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Furniture & Equipment:

Plan and manage the procurement and installation of office furniture and equipment.

Maintain property control inventory for all assets.

• Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the facility meets all local, state, and federal safety and health regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety issues.

• Logistics & Operations:

Manage the physical relocation of employees and equipment into the new workspace.

Establish and oversee daily operational processes such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and security.

Ideal Persona would :

Proven experience in project management, particularly in office or facility setup.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Expertise in space planning and vendor management.

Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Experience with budgeting, financial management, and contract negotiation.
