The Corporate Interior Project Execution Manager is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution and delivery of corporate interior fit-out, renovation, and workplace transformation projects. This role ensures that construction activities meet design intent, quality standards, safety requirements, timelines, and budgets. The manager coordinates contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution from mobilization to handover. Key Responsibilities 1. On-Site Project Execution Supervise day-to-day construction activities for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and brand standards. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site diaries, progress photos, and issue logs. Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and installation schedules. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to timelines. 2. Contractor & Vendor Management Manage general contractors, subcontractors, MEP teams, and specialty vendors (joinery, furniture, IT/AV, signage, etc.). Review and approve method statements, work permits, shop drawings, and material samples. Ensure vendors follow safety protocols and maintain high-quality workmanship. Address site-level challenges and resolve conflicts between trades. 3. Quality Control & Safety Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure conformity to design and corporate requirements. Conduct snagging and de-snagging (punch-list) inspections prior to handover. Ensure compliance with building codes, fire/life safety standards, and EHS guidelines. Report any incidents, near misses, or safety violations immediately and enforce corrective actions. 4. Schedule & Budget Monitoring Track project progress against the master schedule and escalate delays proactively. Verify quantities, monitor change orders, and support cost-control activities on-site. Coordinate with procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and FF&E. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with internal teams: Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and Workplace Strategy. Support installation and commissioning of IT, furniture, AV systems, and building services. Manage stakeholder site visits, design reviews, and progress meetings. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain up-to-date project execution files (RFIs, approvals, permits, site reports, progress updates). Prepare weekly progress reports with site photos, milestone tracking, and risk assessments. Support preparation of handover documents including as-builts, warranties, and O&M manuals. 7. Handover & Close-Out Coordinate final inspections, testing, and commissioning (T&C) with contractors and consultants. Ensure completion of all punch-list items. Assist with move-in activities and user orientation. Close out permits and finalize all project documentation.
