Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate
end-to-end interior project execution

Ensure
quality control

project timelines

Manage
labor teams, contractors, and vendors
on-site.

interior design drawings, layouts, and blueprints
for execution.
Suggest modifications and resolve on-site challenges.
Ensure compliance with

Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience
as an
Interior Supervisor / Site Supervisor
.
Strong knowledge of
interior fit-outs, materials, finishes, and construction methods
.
Ability to
read and interpret interior drawings and blueprints
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
.
Willingness to work on-site and manage
multiple projects simultaneously
.
