The ideal candidate should have expertise in site supervision, labor management, quality control, and interior fit-out works , with a strong understanding of materials and finishes . Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate end-to-end interior project execution . Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines . Manage labor teams, contractors, and vendors on-site. Interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and blueprints for execution. Suggest modifications and resolve on-site challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site cleanliness . Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and vendors . Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience as an Interior Supervisor / Site Supervisor . Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, materials, finishes, and construction methods . Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and blueprints .
