Roles and Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities to ensure timely completion as per project schedule. Coordinate with contractors, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, and architects for smooth project execution. Ensure quality control, adherence to drawings, and compliance with safety standards. Monitor material usage, labour management, and work progress on site. Prepare daily progress reports and assist in resolving on-site technical issues.
