Job Description

Developing Marketing Strategies : Creating comprehensive marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote the company's services. This includes identifying target markets, determining the appropriate channels for reaching them, and setting marketing goals. Generating Leads : Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. This involves identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into sales. Managing Sales Team : Managing the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing training and support, and conducting performance evaluations. Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. This involves regular communication, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. Proposal Creation : Creating proposals for potential clients, including project scope, timelines, and cost estimates. This involves working closely with the design team to ensure that proposals accurately reflect the client's needs and expectations. Project Management : Coordinating with the design team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This involves overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial concept to final delivery, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved. Market Trends Analysis : Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for growth. This involves conducting market research, attending industry events, and networking with other professionals in the field. Sales Reporting : Reporting on sales activities, such as leads generated, meetings held, and deals closed. This involves tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Team Collaboration : Collaborating with other teams, such as the design team, production team, and finance team, to ensure that projects are completed successfully. This involves regular communication, coordination, and problem-solving. Budgeting and Financial Management : Managing the marketing and sales budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the department operates within budget constraints.
