Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and ensuring quality execution of all interior finishing and furnishing works — including civil, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, electrical wiring, lighting, automation, internet/Wi-Fi, CCTV, fire alarm, partitions, workstations, glass, doors, and windows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities across all finishing and furnishing trades.
• Ensure strict quality control of materials, workmanship, and finishes.
• Check and approve carpentry, painting, flooring, and furnishing works.
• Monitor installation of electrical, IT, automation, safety, and security systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Conduct material inspections, verify deliveries, and maintain daily reports.
• Enforce safety and compliance at site.
• Support project handover and snag closure.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials (wood, laminates, veneers, paints, flooring, hardware, lighting, etc.).
• Proven ability in quality checks and finishing approvals.
• Ability to read architectural/interior/MEP drawings.
• Good site coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior office site supervision.
