Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design & Infrastructure Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of our workplace interiors and infrastructure. The role requires strong coordination with vendors, effective use of tools like AutoCAD and Google Sheets, and the ability to manage site activities and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:1. Interior Design & Infrastructure Management

• Supervise the design, setup, and upkeep of office interiors, including workstations, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
• Approve design layouts and execution plans, ensuring alignment with functional and aesthetic goals.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of interior infrastructure projects.

2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for timely deliveries and service compliance.
• Negotiate favorable terms to optimize cost and ensure quality.
• Track and evaluate contractor performance regularly.

3. Layout Planning & Site Execution

• Collaborate with the design team to review and validate 2D layout drawings (AutoCAD).
• Conduct regular site visits with the team to ensure execution aligns with approved designs and standards.
• Provide guidance to the on-site team and resolve any design or layout conflicts.

4. Workplace Strategy & Space Planning

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate floor plans.
• Assist in planning optimal space utilization as per workplace needs.
• Support strategic decisions related to office expansion or reconfiguration.

5. Data Management & Documentation

• Manage and update project budgets, timelines, and progress reports using Google Sheets.
• Ensure accurate documentation of design changes, vendor agreements, and execution milestones.
• Suggest improvements in documentation systems and project tracking.

Key Skills & Tools:

• AutoCAD (2D Drawing)
• Google Sheets (Intermediate level – formulas, data tracking, reporting)
• Understanding of interior infrastructure elements (civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Project management and team coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
