1. Contract Administration
a. Oversee tenders, negotiations, and closure for projects up to ₹40-60L.b. Prepare MIS on contract value, savings, and claims.
2. Vendor Management
a. Approve vendor panels and payment schedules ranging from 2000-2L
3. Ensure strict SLA performance and cost efficiency.
4. IW Governance
a. Check labour clauses in contracts; ensure fair wages and legal compliance.
5. Risk & Disputes
a. Handle claims/variations; resolve disputes within agreed timelines.
6. Compliance & Safety
a. Align all contracts with the Indian Contract Act, National Building Code, and client EHS standards.
