Construction Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, your role involves overseeing and managing all on-site activities for construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. Your duties will include supervising construction workers and subcontractors, coordinating material and equipment deliveries, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure project progress. - Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections. - Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. - Manage resources, including materials and labor, efficiently. - Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications. Qualifications Required: - Diploma preferred. - Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred. The company offers a full-time job type with a day shift schedule. Additionally, there are performance and yearly bonuses provided. The work location is in person.
