Construction Site Supervisor

You are hiring a Civil Engineer with site supervision experience to oversee construction of foundation structures for machine installations at various project locations. The role requires hands-on site management, quality control, safety monitoring, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise all foundation construction activities including excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and finishing. - Ensure work is executed in line with approved structural drawings, design specifications, and quality standards. - Inspect and verify material quality (cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, and concrete mix). - Monitor leveling, alignment, and dimensions of foundations to meet machinery installation requirements. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of site activities. - Report site status, challenges, and solutions to management. **Qualification** - Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (civil/structural works). - Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, and machine foundation construction. - Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical specifications. - Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills. - Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery. - Willingness to travel to various sites as per project requirements.
