Key Responsibilities: Design and execute high-end residential interior projects from concept to completion. Develop mood boards, layouts, color palettes, and material boards aligned with client preferences and luxury standards. Prepare and review architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Conduct site visits and supervise on-site implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest trends, finishes, and innovations in luxury interiors. Present design concepts and material selections to clients in a compelling manner. Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. 4–5 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in the luxury segment. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.). Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and lighting suitable for luxury interiors. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management and problem-solving abilities. 2) Job Title: Interior Designer – Commercial & Hospitality (Hotels) Experience: 4 to 5 Years Location: Noida Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift – US Timings)Shift Timing:4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 4–5 years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design , particularly in hotels. The role involves working closely with international clients, architects, and vendors, and requires strong design and technical skills tailored to the global hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute commercial and hospitality (hotel) projects with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and guest experience. Develop layouts, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation decks using industry-standard design tools. Coordinate with international clients and project teams during US business hours. Source and specify furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes suitable for hotel environments. Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliance with brand and safety standards. Conduct virtual or in-person site coordination as required. Manage project timelines and communication effectively across time zones. Stay updated with global trends in hotel and commercial design. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 4–5 years of experience in commercial/hospitality (hotel) interior projects.
