Role Description

1. Lead and manage interior design aspects for hospital facilities, from project initiation to completion

2. Prepare detailed layouts, working drawings, and 3D renderings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop)

3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design objectives, timelines, and budgets are met

4. Conduct site visits and manage design execution on-site

5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards relevant to healthcare or hospitality design

6. Prepare and present design proposals to clients

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture

2. 4–6 years of interior design experience, with experience in hospital or hotel projects

3. Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop

4. Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and project execution for healthcare/hospitality projects

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills

6. Portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory
