Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer Head to lead end-to-end interior design execution for high-end residential projects like individual homes and villas. This role involves managing the design team, coordinating with clients and architects, and ensuring seamless execution of all interior elements, aligning aesthetics with functionality and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Concept Development:

• Lead the creation of interior design concepts based on client preferences and architectural context.
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, and theme boards.
• Integrate Vastu, lighting, and ergonomic considerations into the designs.

Client Coordination:

• Understand client lifestyle and translate it into personalized design solutions.
• Present designs, 3D views, and finish samples for approval.
• Manage changes and updates as per client feedback throughout the project.

Space Planning & Design Detailing:

• Oversee interior space planning, furniture layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure optimal use of space while maintaining aesthetics and comfort.
• Coordinate with drafting and 3D visualization teams for execution-ready outputs.

Material Selection & Vendor Coordination:

• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative items in coordination with procurement.
• Collaborate with vendors, carpenters, and suppliers for timely material delivery and execution.
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising on quality.

Site Coordination & Execution Oversight:

• Regularly visit sites to monitor interior works like false ceilings, painting, lighting, furniture installation, etc.
• Ensure all work is done as per design, finish quality, and timeline.
• Resolve on-site interior-related challenges promptly.

Team & Project Management:

• Guide and review work of junior designers and site supervisors.
• Ensure timely project completion through proper planning and workflow management.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in residential interior projects (luxury segment preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; knowledge of 3Ds Max or similar software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of materials, modular work, lighting, and space ergonomics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
