Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring designs align with both client aspirations and our innovative approach. Key Responsibilities Design Development: Conceptualize and create interior design solutions that are both aesthetically captivating and functionally sound, catering to a broad range of users and spaces. Working Drawings: Produce detailed 2D working drawings, including Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), wall elevations, sectionals, and false ceiling sections, to ensure seamless execution. Presentations: Communicate design ideas effectively through mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed technical drawings to stakeholders. Material & Product Selection: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select materials, finishes, and products for each design solution, ensuring alignment with quality and design intent. Market Trends & Research: Regularly research and analyze global interior design trends, materials, and styles to ensure design themes stay relevant and innovative. Process Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of design processes, ensuring all designs align with the company’s structured, process-driven approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural and interior design roles. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, 3D max and other relevant tools. Strong design sensibility, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into practical, functional designs. Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments is a plus.
