Role Overview:

As our Interior Designer, you'll lead design projects from the initial concept to final execution. You’ll drive the creative vision for our clients' dream spaces, overseeing every aspect of the design process with meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and Inspire: Take charge of multiple design projects, guiding them from brainstorming sessions to the final reveal.
• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, desires, and lifestyle, turning their vision into stunning reality.
• Design Excellence: Craft innovative design concepts, develop comprehensive plans, and produce striking 3D renderings and mood boards.
• Project Oversight: Ensure flawless implementation of designs by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Trendsetter: Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and technologies to continually elevate our design standards.

Requirements :

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with a diverse and impressive portfolio.
• Design Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in managing high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing budgets.
• Innovative Mindset: Creative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.
