🏢 Job Opening: Field Sales Executive (On-Site at Builder Locations) Location: Pune Industry: Interior Design & Home Improvement Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Field Sales Executives to be stationed at builders’ project sites to handle inquiries related to interior design services. Your job is to represent our brand, interact with potential customers visiting the site, collect leads, and convert them into appointments for our design consultants. Key Responsibilities: Sit full-time at the assigned builder project site. Greet and engage with prospective homebuyers. Explain our interior solutions and benefits. Collect and qualify leads. Follow up with leads and schedule meetings. Coordinate with the internal sales/design team. Requirements: Good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Basic knowledge of interiors or willingness to learn. Prior experience in field sales or customer service is preferred. Salary: Fixed + Conveyance Working Days: 6 days a week (Flexible weekly off) Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Design Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of design services and products. Responsibilities: Generate sales leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Present design concepts and product offerings tailored to meet the client's requirements. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions and proposals. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale. Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the design process. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in design software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and products. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for design and sales. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
