Job Description

Design Consultation:

The Interior Designer cum Sales Executive will be responsible for providing personalized design consultations, creating tailored interior solutions, and driving sales. This role combines the artistic flair of interior design with the strategic acumen of sales, ensuring that clients not only receive exceptional service but also make purchases that enhance their living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget.
  • Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans that align with the client’s vision.
  • Offer expert advice on furniture selection, color schemes, materials, and overall aesthetics.

Sales Execution:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling Woods Decor's product range, including bespoke and luxury items.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, including product demonstrations and quotations.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, artisans, and contractors to ensure the smooth delivery and installation of furniture and interior elements.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support and follow-up.
  • Address and resolve client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align design strategies with sales goals.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase Woods Decor’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably in the luxury furniture or home décor industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creativity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
