Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Full-time |Work From Office.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (can vary according to the skills)

About the Role

Twiceline Services Pvt. Ltd. is redefining the Civil Renovation and Commercial Interior Industry with a structured, professional, and efficient approach. We deliver turnkey solutions for industrial and commercial spaces — from civil renovation to complete interior fit-outs.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial interiors, space planning, or interior design services, and should be highly proficient in LinkedIn-based outreach and direct client communication. If you're passionate about driving growth, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships — we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients via calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
  • Pitch services, schedule meetings, and follow up regularly.
  • Build and manage relationships with commercial clients to drive sales.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution pitching and client need analysis.
  • Identify market trends and generate a sales pipeline for short- and long-term targets.
  • Conduct market research, data gathering, and competitor analysis.
  • Record client interactions and update lead status in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with project and design teams for seamless execution.
  • Submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in commercial interiors or related services
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and other similar client acquisition tools
  • Experience in lead conversion and closing commercial deals
  • Maintaining structured sales records
  • Strong organizational skills and a growth-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in interior or space design industries
  • Proven track record of client conversion and deal closure
  • Portfolio of successful commercial client projects
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
