Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer Cum Sales located in Gurugram. The Senior Interior Designer Cum Sales will be responsible for developing and executing creative design concepts, preparing construction drawings, managing space planning, and overseeing project execution. The role also involves selecting and sourcing materials, furnishings, and finishes (FF&E), collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the highest quality of design. The candidate will contribute to delivering innovative and functional interiors tailored to project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle client meetings and understand requirements, budget & timelines
  • Design modular kitchens, residential & commercial interiors, Proficiency in (layouts + 2D+ Sketch Up+ Mood-board)
  • Present concepts, quotations & close sales deals
  • Convert walk-in, referral & online leads into confirmed projects
  • Coordinate with site team, vendors & suppliers for smooth execution
  • Conduct site visits and ensure quality, accuracy & timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM data
  • Manage client relationships till final handover
  • Guide junior designers and sales team
  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic layouts
  • Strong expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings for accurate project implementation
  • Experience in FF&E, including selection and sourcing of materials, finishes, and design elements
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee end-to-end interior solutions
  • Strong client communication skills to understand and deliver on design requirements


Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in interior design & sales
  • Degree / Diploma in Design
  • Strong knowledge of modular kitchens & turnkey interiors
  • Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Software knowledge: AutoCAD, SketchUp, BOQ (preferred)
