Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .Net applications. Manage and optimize database systems to ensure high performance and availability. Mentor and guide a team of developers to achieve project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to .Net applications and databases. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Must-Have Qualifications .Net Expertise : Proven experience in .Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API) with a deep understanding of the framework and its components. Database Administration (DBA ) : Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with database management (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) including performance tuning, backup, and recovery. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, manage projects, and ensure timely delivery. Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Good-to-Have Qualifications Cloud Services : Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-based database solutions. DevOps Practices : Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Front-End Technologies : Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) to collaborate with front-end developers.
