About the Role

We are seeking an SME Intelligence Consultant (Research & Strategy Optimization) to guide and

strengthen our Intelligence department. You will bring your expertise in market research, competitive

intelligence, and strategic consulting to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and business impact across all

intelligence outputs. Our business operates across B2C, B2B, and B2I models as primary engines, with

B2B2B and B2B2C as secondary growth levers, targeting key global markets in India, USA, Europe, and

UAE with a special focus on GCCs.

You will mentor the Intelligence team—comprising the Head of Intelligence, Market Intelligence

Associate, and Business Analyst—in optimizing research approaches, automating intelligence workflows,

and managing the execution of both one-time projects and recurring deliverables. Your insights will

shape how Impacteers translates intelligence into strategic outcomes, GTM positioning, and cross-pod

enablement.

Core Responsibilities

1. Research & Strategy Optimization

  • Define and refine the research methodologies and frameworks used by the Intelligence team.

  • Ensure accuracy, relevancy, and applicability of intelligence outputs to Impacteers’ B2C, B2B,

B2I, B2B2B, and B2B2C models.

  • Design market and competitive intelligence playbooks for global markets (India, USA, Europe,

UAE, GCCs).

2. Intelligence Process Automation

  • Guide the team in automating research workflows (tools, dashboards, recurring trackers).

  • Establish repeatable processes for data gathering, validation, and insight delivery.

  • Recommend tech and tool adoption to streamline Intelligence operations.

3. Project Execution Management

  • Oversee execution of one-time strategic research projects (new market entry, competitive deepdives, product opportunity scans).

  • Design and monitor recurring intelligence deliverables (monthly trackers, competitive

dashboards, pod-level reports).

  • Ensure timely delivery with clear outcomes for stakeholders.

4. Cross-Team & Pod Enablement

  • Work with Intelligence leadership to align outputs with business pods (Skill Development,

Staffing & Recruitment, Recruitment Tools, Marketing).

  • Translate research findings into clear strategic briefs and recommendations for pod heads.

  • Ensure intelligence reports empower pods with actionable direction for GTM, user engagement,

recruitment, and monetization strategies.

5. Mentorship & Capability Building

  • Mentor the Intelligence team (Head of Intelligence, Market Intelligence Associate, Business

Analyst) on advanced research practices and consulting frameworks.

  • Build the team’s ability to deliver insight-led, outcome-focused projects.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and training in intelligence best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise (8–12+ years) in market research, competitive intelligence, and strategy

consulting.

  • Experience working with global markets (India, USA, Europe, UAE/GCC) across EdTech, HRTech,

SaaS, or Talent ecosystems.

  • Strong background in research methodologies, GTM strategy, and data-to-insight

transformation.

  • Ability to design automated intelligence frameworks and recurring delivery models.

  • Strong business communication and consulting skills — ability to translate intelligence into

executive-ready recommendations.

  • Experience working with or advising cross-functional business units (product, marketing,

recruitment, operations).

  • Outcome-driven mindset with ability to manage both one-time projects and recurring

deliverables.
