Research Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for data analysis, and report writing within the real

estate industry. Your role will involve gathering and interpreting data to produce insightful and

accurate reports that provide valuable information to stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Data Collection:

- Design and implement comprehensive research strategies to gather data on real estate market

trends, property values, rental rates, and economic indicators from internal and external sources

- Identify and utilize reputable data sources, databases, and industry reports to ensure the accuracy

and reliability of research findings.

- Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends to inform

research efforts.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze collected data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to extract meaningful

insights and trends.

- Develop models and forecasts to predict real estate market trends and property performance

indicators.

Report Writing:

- Lead the creation of comprehensive and well-structured reports that synthesize research findings,

data analysis, and market trends.

- Ensure reports are tailored to different audiences, such as clients, investors, and internal

stakeholders, with a clear focus on delivering actionable insights.

Quality Control:

- Review and edit reports to maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all

written content.

- Verify data sources and methodologies to ensure the integrity of research and analysis.

- Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies in reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree

preferred.

- Total experience of 4+ years with a minimum of 2 years in real estate market research, data analysis,

and report writing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts

clearly and concisely.

- Excellent report writing and storytelling skills (mandatory)

- Proficiency in using research databases, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate research reports.

- Familiarity with real estate industry regulations, trends, and market dynamics.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Candidates preferred from Real Estate research companies, Consulting Firms or IPCs. Not mandatory

though
