Job Description

Zendesk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Lead to join our IT Customer Experience Systems (CXS) Marketing team. As the Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of our marketing technology stack with various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. You will play a key role in managing integrations, ensuring data flow efficiency, troubleshooting API and Connector integrations, and collaborating with internal IT professionals and external vendors to execute integrations flawlessly. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be crucial in optimizing marketing operations and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing technology investments. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience with the Workato platform tool. Strong understanding of API concepts, different integration patterns, experience with Adobe Martech Platforms or similar ecosystems, and a proven track record in managing complex integrations are essential. Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant programming languages, familiarity with CRM and CMS systems, and experience working with external vendors are preferred qualifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment, are key attributes we are looking for in a candidate.
