Job Description

Role: Senior Workday Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set: Workday HCM

Must-Have: Workday HCM

Good-to-Have: Webservices, API

Provide integration and related workflow solutions

Builds and test Workday integrations which includes APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker, XSLT, Document transformation and other areas such as Benefits.

Integration resource needs to conduct unit testing, support broader testing initiatives, migrate code, and assist with system cutover tasks

Workday troubleshooting, issue investigation and resolution

Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred.

Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation etc will be preferred.

Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies
