Job Title: UI/UX Developer Location: CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai Experience: 5 years Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc-IT / BCA / B.Sc / M.E / MCA / M.Sc-IT / M.Tech Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 2–5 years of experience in designing and developing responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing web interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess strong front-end development skills and a solid understanding of UX principles, capable of converting ideas into engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. Translate design concepts into functional HTML/CSS/JavaScript code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. Conduct UI testing for device and browser compatibility. Ensure designs align with business goals, customer needs, and usability best practices. Work on dashboards, configurators, and client web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Adobe XD or InVision. Maintain and enhance existing websites to improve functionality and performance. Participate in requirement analysis, idea generation, and client feedback sessions. Ensure all designs adhere to UI/UX standards and accessibility guidelines. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, Experience in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Hands-on experience with Adobe XD, InVision, Photoshop, or equivalent design tools. Good understanding of UX principles and design systems. Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and usability. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Good to Have: Exposure to mobile app UI design (Flutter or React Native). Knowledge of CorelDRAW or other graphic tools. Experience working on dashboards and configurators for enterprise clients.
