Role Overview: As an Offering Integration Specialist in the Digital Workplace Solutions group at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in driving integration across offering managers, expediting outcomes, and creating new offerings. Your strategic mindset, deep understanding of the DWS industry, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be essential in bringing innovative solutions to the market. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and oversee DWS offerings integration, including defining scope, managing timelines, assessing risks, and allocating resources. - Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and milestones. - Create engaging and structured business presentations for internal and external executive readouts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align project goals with business objectives. - Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. - Ensure cost control and effective resource management to deliver projects within financial constraints. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress against goals. - Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders to drive business growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in product management and integration within the technology industry. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience in creating business presentations and reports. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Understanding of financial constraints and resource management principles.
