Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integrations Developer to join our dynamic HR Technology team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of complex Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems. This includes participating in requirements workshops, performing process analysis, and configuring scalable, secure, and optimized integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Studio, XSLT, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday Report Writer, along with hands-on experience building and maintaining PECI and Benefits-related interfaces. You’ll also support system testing and performance tuning, ensuring solutions are robust, compliant, and aligned to future business needs.
