Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Insurance Sales Manager. The Insurance Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day insurance sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet sales targets. The role involves managing and leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, and ensuring consistent performance. In addition, responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and staying informed about industry trends and financial products.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products and processes
• Strong skills in customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of finance and financial planning
• Experience in team management, leadership, and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
