  • Achieve branch sales targets through monthly initiative launches and effective execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank officials at the branch level.
  • Promote sales, achieve targets for new business and renewals, and enhance the company's brand image within the assigned cluster of branches.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: appointment scheduling, client meetings, and closing deals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors.
  • Drive business growth through effective management of Insurance Advisors.
  • Coach and mentor advisors to enhance productivity and achieve targets.
  • Develop strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
  • Organize and drive branch-level competitions and manage club memberships to boost engagement and performance.
