The role requires strong communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to individuals and corporates.
Identify and acquire new clients for life, health, and general insurance.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI and corporate clients.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions (individual, group, and investment-linked).
Conduct product presentations and explain policy features, benefits, and terms.
Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and KYC compliance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide post-sales support and claims assistance to clients.
