Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of life, health, and general insurance products through assigned bank branches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1 - 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in banca/BFSI channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and IRDAI regulations.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
