About the Role

dynamic and target-driven Insurance Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches and partner relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life, health, or general insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to generate repeat business.
  • Conduct regular product presentations and training sessions for bank teams.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in banca or BFSI channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
