Job Description

As an Insurance Process Associate at our company, you will be responsible for supporting underwriting and distribution activities related to insurance products. Your role will involve providing research and clerical support to determine customer eligibility for insurance policies and financial services. You will work closely with the onshore team, assisting in the completion of rates, premiums, and administrative tasks for new and renewal accounts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting research and gathering financial and statistical information for rating mechanisms - Assisting in underwriting processes for commercial and residential properties - Providing technical support in rating and policy processing - Handling administrative tasks such as typing, filing, answering phone calls, and assisting brokers/customers - Reviewing information for accuracy and proper processing - Performing pre-underwriting activities for accounts, including data analysis and selecting rates To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's Degree in any stream - Experience working with spreadsheets - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to work in both Day and Night shifts - 1-2 years of insurance BPO/BPM experience preferred - Candidates with a ready passport are preferred Join our team and contribute to our insurance process operations with your skills and expertise.,
