Key Responsibilities

• Drive on-ground sales of Gro Digital insurance products across motor, commercial, and fleet segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, drivers, and logistics partners
• Conduct product presentations, explain coverage benefits, and assist in policy selection
• Coordinate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth plans
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities via CRM tools
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, competitor offerings, and market trends

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduate, Age Below 32 yrs
• 25 years of field sales experience in insurance (motor, commercial, or general insurance preferred)
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in regional languages and English
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel
• Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, mobile apps, etc.)
• IRDAI certification or willingness to obtain one
