Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance field sales, preferably in the agency channel. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements. Ability to motivate and manage a team of agents effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and results. Proficiency in local language(s) and English. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
