Job description Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop new agents for life insurance sales. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective field sales activities. Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and results. Proficiency in local language(s) and English. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
