Job Description

As a Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in the field. You will play a crucial role in managing support projects, ensuring the successful execution of projects while meeting key SLAs and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting applications, conducting testing, managing deployments, and being flexible to work in shifts and provide on-call support on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities: - Manage support projects related to Guidewire Claim Center with a minimum of 9 years of experience - Work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift, UK Shift) and provide On Call Support on a rostered rotational basis - Maintain and support applications, enhancements, conduct testing, and manage deployments - Manage key SLAs and KPIs for the successful execution of projects Skills and Attributes for Success: - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework, implementation, architecture, and components - Experience with Guidewire Billing Center 9.0 version or higher - Proficiency in Configuration/Integration/Both development streams - Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform including Gosu scripting, UI, Data Model - Implementation of Rules using GOSU scripting, Metadata Configuration of Rules, Integration with External Systems - Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT - Strong in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System - Experience with Tomcat or WebSphere/WebLogic, enterprise system integration in the Insurance domain - Understanding of software development best practices, business communication, and leadership skills - Prior experience with client-facing roles, incident management, problem management, and tools like Service-now, JIRA, Soap-UI, eclipse IDE, SVN, Jenkins At EY, you will be part of a dynamic and truly global delivery network known as EY Global Delivery Services (GDS).
