Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (Agency Channel) to build and lead a team of Life Insurance Advisors. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating advisors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Role & responsibilities

Recruit and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors.
Provide regular training and support to enhance advisor performance.
Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
Monitor team performance and ensure business quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation or above (any stream).
1- 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
