Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing expert recommendations on a variety of insurance products. Daily tasks include selling insurance policies, managing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also includes coordinating brokerage activities and helping clients make informed decisions about their financial security.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Familiarity with Finance concepts and practices
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Ability to effectively explain complex insurance products in simple terms
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software or other related tools is a plus
