Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Insurance Agent, based in Ghaziabad. As part of this role, the Insurance Agent will develop and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients, assess client needs, and recommend suitable insurance products. Additional responsibilities include handling insurance sales, preparing policies, providing customer service, and facilitating claims processes. The role requires a strong focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Comprehensive understanding of the Insurance industry and Finance
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a results-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage
