Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Vadodara with opportunities to work from home on occasion. The role involves building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and recommending suitable insurance plans. The Insurance Agent will also support customers through the policy acquisition process, manage renewals, and provide post-sale service and assistance. Additionally, the role includes meeting sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Familiarity with Finance principles and practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including relationship management and communication
• Ability to work independently while adhering to organizational goals
• Understanding of the life insurance market and associated products is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
